You can partner up, ask questions about your business, brainstorm with others to see what has worked for them, and build new relationships with businesses in the community.

Heather Falls
Heather left the healthcare and corporate space to put her son first and began her business journey as a freelance digital marketer in 2021.
She runs two businesses. She is a business growth strategist teaching other women entrepreneurs how to make more money while working smarter, not harder. She has 17+ years of experience in business planning, sales, and marketing in multiple industries including retail, healthcare, fashion, food, nonprofit and more.
She founded GROW & Flourish Co because she saw a need. She believes all women should have the opportunity to be successful in business. In this space, you'll find women simply starting with a dream, moms juggling babies and families with business, women turning their side-hustle into more, and CEO's growing a multi-million-dollar empire.
Heather also wanted to provide opportunities for businesses to give back to the community. Every GROW & Flourish event will benefit women and children in need.
Heather is on the Board of Directors of Easterseals West Alabama, UWWA VAT, Tuscaloosa County MomCo by MOPS International, and The Junior League of Tuscaloosa.
